WHO
"Choco" and "Chocomiel.uk's" is born out of a passion for Chocolate's traditional use. With the owner's indigenous knowledge he travels to cacao's origins to connect with friends and the family farmers. And directly sources special cacao from significant places in Peru. We want to bring back traditional-style "cacao" and "Palo santo" for people to enjoy the benefits for our bodies and mind.
WHERE
Being Peruvian and having grown up using "cacao "and "Palo santo" ceremonially. Our cacao grows in the Amazon of Peru, a beautiful natural environment in the mountains. There are many cloud forests in this area with a high diversity of birds and other animals. No chemicals or pesticides are used and we pay a fair price to our farmers to support their sustainable way of working.

Choco is able to source unique quality "cacao" and "palo santo" products directly and ethically from local farmers in Peru. We visit the farms personally to select the most beautiful quality. We support organic farming principles, agroforestry and biodiversity. To make a positive impact socially and on nature. And also we cooperate with an Archaeology project in the Peruvian Forest.
HOW
No chemicals or pesticides are used and fair prices are paid to the farmers to support their sustainable way of working. Our cacao is a mix of criollo and trinitario varieties and is minimally processed and shortly roasted on low temperature to preserve the healthy compounds and nutritional value.
Our palo santos products are made from wood that has been proven to have died naturally in the forest. Our Palo Santo products are produced sustainably, allowing us to trace it from its plantation, collection, transformation and commercialisation.
