From Peru To You "Pop Up"

The purpose of this Pop Up is for me to share a bit of Peruvian culture and I believe that the best way to get to know a culture is to savor it.

To give you a real sense of the richness and variety of Peruvian cuisine, we have carefully selected some of our flagship dishes for you to try.

These lidishes include the following;

STARTERS 

Ceviche, marinated haddock, with lemon, chili, Peruvian corn, sweet potato and coriander.

Anticuchos (fried grilled cow heart skewers) with chili, mayonnaise, sweet potato and salsa

Papa a la Huancaina (creamy chili sauce with olives, egg and potatoes)

MAINS

Steamy Fish “Steamed fish with rice and sweet potatoes”

Cabrito "slow-cooked lamb" marinated in Peruvian spices served with rice and beans.

All the dishes contain Peruvian chillies, which gives them flavor but not too much spice.
