Ceviche is a Peruvian dish typically made of fresh raw fish marinated in the juices of fresh lemons or lime. It is also seasoned with chili peppers, chilies or other seasonings and julienne red onion, salt and coriander are also added and finished with some other Peruvian products!!!

We would like to invite anybody who loves beautiful, fresh and tasty Peruvian food

Learn to Master the Passion of the Peruvian Kitchen

· At our Workshop, you will learn different skills such as:

· Filleting Fish

· How to cut the fish with Pre-Inca technics, 

Preparing the ceviche

· Practice and Eat

· We will also be teaching you how to make Peruvians favourite Papa a la Huancaina

· We also offer lovely typical Peruvian canapés for you to try!!!!
